In these terms, “COMIT” refers to Comit Plastic Pte Ltd. All product sales are governed by these terms and conditions, which supersede any previous terms stated in sales catalogs or elsewhere. Any modifications to these terms, whether in the buyer's documents or otherwise, are only valid if expressly accepted in writing by COMIT.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, it will not affect orders that have been accepted and are scheduled for shipment within 30 days from the order acceptance date. For shipments scheduled beyond 30 days, the price applicable will be the rate in effect at the time of the scheduled delivery. Price quotations are valid for 30 days.

All customer purchase orders are subject to COMIT’s acceptance. Once purchase order accepted, all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice value, as mutually agreed upon by COMIT and the manufacturer. Orders for customized products are non-cancellable.

Delivery and shipment estimates are based on the most current information available at the time of quotation. COMIT is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond its control, including those of suppliers or subcontractors, or due to unforeseen events such as “Acts of God” or “Force Majeure”.
Local delivery is free for orders exceeding USD 800.00 (or equivalent in other currencies). Customers are required to collect their purchased products in line with the agreed delivery schedule or as per the customer purchase order. For blanket orders, products must be collected within four months from the purchase order date.

Returns for credit will only be accepted with prior written approval from COMIT. Only unused and original condition materials will be eligible for return. Credit will be issued based on the product prices at the time of invoicing.

Material specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Spec changes will not affect products already in use, and COMIT is not responsible for updating previously delivered models. While all provided data is accurate for general reference, COMIT does not accept liability for any errors or omissions.

(I) COMIT does not offer any warranty for specific applications or uses of its products. The liability under this warranty is limited to issuing credit or replacing defective materials. COMIT is not responsible for any consequential damages, including costs related to labour, loss of profit, repairs, transportation, or other expenses associated with replacing materials. Furthermore, defects in materials or workmanship in a delivery or shipment shall not justify the cancellation of the remaining of the order.

(II) Any product damage upon delivery or shipment must be reported to COMIT within five (5) working days. Products should not be returned until the carrier has been notified, and both the carrier's representative and COMIT have inspected the products.

(III) COMIT reserves the right to terminate the sales agreement if the buyer becomes insolvent, bankrupt, or experiences similar financial difficulties.

(IV) This warranty will be void for products that have been misused, misapplied, modified, tampered with, or damaged due to negligence or intentional misconduct by the user.

(V) Any claims concerning the condition or quality of products must be submitted in writing within five (5) working days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. All claims are subject to the manufacturer's approval.
